Kai Combat Club is your ultimate destination for redefining your fitness.  Our club offers the latest training in Mixed Martial Arts and Functional fitness.  With our specialized semio-private small group training classes, we focus on the arts of Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Grappling.  Training sessions are paired with conditioning exercises that emphasize body movement and biomechanics through the Functional Patterns trianing system

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hand towel. Only bare feet, socks or boxing shoes allowed. No outside sneakers are permitted on the mats.

IS GEAR PROVIDED?

Loaner hand wraps and gloves are available for first sessions. After first class, please bring boxing gloves and hand wraps to class (and shin guards when appropriate).

IS THERE A RESTROOM AND CHANGING AREA?

Currently, the studio does not have a full bathroom, so please arrive dressed and prepared.   The nearest accessible public restroom is located on Bergenline Avenue.
